The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) is an opportunity to change the face of education
and begin to make the reforms needed to better prepare students for the future. For your convenience,
we have placed the U.S. Department of Education's Using ARRA Funds to Drive School Reform and Improvement
document on our web site at  www.leadered.com/stimulusFunding.html

RIGOR AND RELEVANCE FRAMEWORK
The Rigor/Relevance Framework is a tool developed by staff of the International Center for Leadership in Education
to examine curriculum, instruction, and assessment. The Rigor/Relevance Framework is based on two dimensions of
higher standards and student achievement.
